01 Information We Collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the Service:
Username, nickname, and email address you provide when you register. Passwords are stored in a one-way encrypted (bcrypt) format and are never readable by anyone.
Playback history, favorited songs, playlists you create, and comments you post. This data is used solely to provide and improve your experience.
Standard technical logs including IP address, device type, operating system, and access timestamps. Used for security auditing and troubleshooting only.
We use secure, httpOnly session tokens to maintain your login state. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
02 How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Authenticate your identity and keep your account secure
- Remember your preferences and playback history
- Send transactional emails you explicitly request (e.g., password reset, email verification)
- Detect and prevent abuse, spam, or fraudulent activity
- Improve and debug the Service
- Sell your personal information to third parties
- Use your data for targeted advertising
- Share your data with third parties except as described in Section 3
04 Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information:
- Encryption in transit: All data between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
- Password hashing: Passwords are hashed using bcrypt before storage. We cannot retrieve your original password.
- Short-lived tokens: Login tokens expire automatically and are rotated regularly to limit exposure.
- Access control: Only authorized personnel can access production systems, and access is logged.
While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password and to contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
05 Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will erase your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by applicable law.
Log data and usage statistics may be retained in an anonymized or aggregated form for analytical purposes and do not identify individual users.

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
You may view your personal information at any time by logging into your account.
You may update your profile information (nickname, avatar, email) in your account settings.
You may delete your comments and playlists directly. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, contact us at the email below.
You may log out at any time to stop active data collection. You may also uninstall the App to cease all data processing.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 9.
07 Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete such information from our systems.
08 Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending a notification through the App or via email.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
